Warranty Policy
Warranty is important but we think, the manner in which it is provided is also equally important. So we offer not just product warranty but also conduct gurantee as below

Product Warranty is one year from date of invoice. During warranty period if SensaSwitch product is found to be defective, it shall be replaced free of charge, on defective product being presented to SensaSwitch authorised contacts and places. Conduct Guarantee, is that SensaSwitch shall conduct itself in prompt, polite, and principled manner to honor buyers warranty claim. SensaSwitch shall also support buyer to make sure that warranty claim is processed smoothly as per warranty terms and conditions.
Out of Warranty Service Policy
SensaSwitch provides paid replacement/repair for out of warranty products subject to condition of defective item and availability of service spares. To avail this service, buyer needs to share front and back image of defective item. On buyer confirming his willingness to avail of this paid service, service request is processed as below

Service Availability Check is done for buyers product and if service is available, buyer is confirmed of service availability and payment options are shared to buyer to pay service charges, as below

Rs. 200 /- for models OCA, OBS, OAP, LLA​

Rs. 300/- for models OASC-1, OASC-2, AOLC1

Rs. 500/- for models OC-1, OC-2, ALC-2, AWLC-1

Service Payment Check is done when buyer informs/ shares screenshot of payment done. On payment confirmation, product replacement is booked to buyers address and details of booking are shared to buyer.
Paid Return Pickup Policy
Paid return pickup service is offered to buyer when there are challenges on buyers side in sending the product back to sensaswitch. On buyer confirming his willingness to avail this paid service, service request is processed as below

Service Availability Check is done on buyers area pincode and if service is available, buyer is confirmed of service availability and payment options are shared to buyer to pay service charges, as below

Rs. 100 /- for models OCA, OBS, OAP, LLA​

Rs. 200/- for models OASC-1, OASC-2, AOLC-1

Rs. 300/- for model OC-1, OC-2, ALC-2, AWLC-1

Service Payment Check is done when buyer informs/ shares screenshot of payment done. On payment confirmation, paid return pickup is booked from buyers address and details of booking are shared to buyer with guidence to keep the parcel ready for pickup.
Return & Refund Policy
We promptly and politely process and settle buyers request for returns or refunds as per policy stated below.

We accept returns for refund/exchange within 7 days from date of delivery at your place.

We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product, in case

You did not receive the parcel, even after fifteen (15) days from expected date of delivery.​

You refuse to receive the parcel, due to parcel being in poor, damaged or mutilated condition.

You receive a different/ damaged/defective product

We accept exchange, within 7 days from date of delivery at your place. Exchange is allowed, only with item(s) of price equal or higher than the price of original item. In exchange cases, shipping charges shall be charged, as applicable.​
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order we request you to be prompt in contacting us at our mentioned contacts. Order cancellation will be done as per below

If your order is not yet shipped, there shall be no order cancellation charges. Your return request shall be promptly processed for full refund.

If you order has been shipped, order cancellation charges shall apply. We shall try cancelling order in transit but shipping partners may still attempt delivery. Please do not accept the delivery of the cancelled order.

Order cancellation charges include forward and reverse booking charges as applicable.
Important Notes

Items must be returned to SensaSwitch address in original packaging with labels and accessories. SensaSwitch shall issue full refund/replacement, on returned items reaching sensaswitch.

​The refund will be processed to the same account/payment id from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
